Download Registration Form Please check the circle located at the bottom left side on the registration form and submit a maximum one-page explanation for the scholarship request. (Statement of Need) Please note that scholarships are typically for registration fees and lodging only. We do not offer airfare, parking, ground transportation or meals. The deadline for scholarship requests is June 1, 2010. Scholarships are available for both conference speakers and participants. Priority in awarding scholarships will be given to drug users, people living with HIV/AIDS, activists, and front-line workers. Scholarships are not transferable. Those awarded scholarships for lodging must share a room with another scholarship recipient. Past experience has taught us that we receive far more requests than we can accommodate, so please also keep searching for alternate funding. Individuals requesting scholarships MUST WORK four hours on site for their scholarships. Scholarship coordinator will assign and explain task prior to conference. |
